🥰 Here are some ways to improve your speaking skills even if you don’t have conversation partners.


📖 Reading:

Read books in English as often as possible, aloud and with expression! Start with easy books like children’s stories or detective stories. After reading a chapter, retell it aloud in your own words. This technique helps you organize your thoughts and loosen your tongue.


✏️ Notes:

Write down your thoughts in a notebook or app. Record what you would like to say — this helps you learn to form sentences. Write your thoughts as if you were saying them aloud, then reread and rephrase them more clearly.


🎙 Voice Messages:

In addition to notes, recording voice messages works great. Record short stories on different topics using various phrases and expressions. Then listen and re-record — with each new recording, your speech will improve.


🗣 Speak Aloud:

Talk to yourself about your day, the weather outside, or a movie you watched recently. It’s important to get used to hearing your own voice in a foreign language — this makes it easier to switch between languages.


📻 Listen to Podcasts:

English podcasts are excellent for training your listening skills. Listen, then repeat what you hear, keeping the intonation and using filler words. Over time, your speech will become more natural and fluent, and your brain will start recalling familiar words automatically.
