🤪 Being lazy from time to time is completely normal — we all feel lazy sometimes.
🤓 But if laziness gets out of control and starts interfering with your studies, it’s time to do something about it.
👇 We’ve put together a few useful (and slightly mischievous) tips on how to be lazy productively and learn English without even getting out of bed:
👌 Watch and read foreign social media
When you scroll through TikTok, your brain might be asleep. But you can wake it up by watching American bloggers instead of Russian ones. Read international pages about your hobbies instead of local ones. Double benefit: you improve your English and discover trend sources firsthand.
👌 Keep a diary in English
You can write notes in your phone or even start a private Twitter account. Just jot down your thoughts in English, small tasks, or plans for the day. Look up new words in the dictionary, use them, and remember them.
👌 Search for tutorials in English
Want to make pancakes? Craft something for your home? Learn a new guitar chord? Don’t be lazy — find a recipe or tutorial in English. They’re often more interesting and higher quality, and your English will definitely improve.
👌 Listen to music
Even many Russian artists sing in English or include English words in their songs. Listen to what you enjoy, try to understand it by ear, read the lyrics, and translate them — it’s both fun and полезно.
